Welcome to Elevated Heritage Services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of our aerial platform access services, particularly for work conducted on period and historic buildings. Please read them carefully as they outline the responsibilities of both parties involved.

1. Services Provided

Elevated Heritage Services provides aerial platform access to facilitate inspection, maintenance, and repair work on period and historic buildings. Our specialized equipment and experienced operators aim to ensure the highest level of safety and care while protecting the integrity of the building.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Access to the Building
It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure suitable access to the building and the elevations to be worked on. This includes clearing any physical obstructions, ensuring access routes can support the aerial platform, and meeting any necessary legal requirements such as permits or consents. –
If access is unsuitable on the agreed service date, Elevated Heritage Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service. Any costs incurred as a result of improper access will be charged to the client.
2.2 Spotter and Aid Requirements
Unless a two-person operation has been explicitly booked with Elevated Heritage Services, it is the responsibility of the client or building owner to provide a spotter. This person must assist in ensuring the safe operation of the platform and help with its movement around the site. The provided spotter must have the necessary competence to safely perform the role. Elevated Heritage Services reserves the right to halt operations if the provided spotter is deemed unsuitable or if safety is compromised.
2.3 Power Supply and Amenities
The client must ensure the availability of an appropriate power supply (if required) and other amenities that may be necessary for the safe and effective operation of the aerial platform.

3. Elevated Heritage

3.1 Safe Operation
Elevated Heritage Services will provide a qualified operator to manage the aerial platform during service delivery. We will ensure that all work is conducted safely and within regulatory standards. We retain the right to refuse or cease work if safety is compromised by site conditions, equipment, or client actions.
3.2 Damage and Liability
While our operators are trained to work with care around historic and period buildings, Elevated Heritage Services will not be liable for any damage resulting from pre- existing conditions of the building or for any damages resulting from the failure of the client to provide adequate access or support.

4. Booking and Cancellations

4.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Upon booking, you will be provided with a schedule of work and a breakdown of costs. The terms set out in this agreement will apply to all confirmed bookings.
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made by the client less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling will be subject to availability and may involve additional costs depending on the timing and scope of the work.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing
Pricing for our services will be provided during the booking process. The final price is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in access, site conditions, or client requests for additional work.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due in full within [insert number] days of the completion of the service. Elevated Heritage Services reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue payments. All fees, including taxes and any additional costs, will be itemized on the invoice.

6. Health & Safety

6.1 Compliance
Elevated Heritage Services adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations. We will ensure that the aerial platform is operated safely and that all personnel involved are equipped with appropriate safety gear.
6.2 Client Obligations
The client is responsible for ensuring that the site meets all safety requirements and complies with any relevant regulations. The client must inform us of any potential hazards that may affect the safety of our personnel or the successful completion of the service.

7. Limitations of Liability

Elevated Heritage Services is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Force Majeure

Elevated Heritage Services will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, atural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

9. Amendments to Terms

Elevated Heritage Services reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and communicated to clients who have booked services, where applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction], and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
